These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MRM Luxe Exotics website and any rental or service you book with us. By using this site or reserving a vehicle, you agree to these Terms and to the rental agreement you sign at the time of rental. If anything here conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and provide proof of full-coverage comprehensive and collision insurance that extends to rental vehicles. Additional drivers must be approved in advance and meet the same requirements. We may verify identity, insurance, and driving history and may decline any rental at our discretion.
Reservations are confirmed only after we accept your booking and receive any required payment. Rates are quoted per rental and may vary by vehicle, dates, duration, and mileage. Quoted rates exclude taxes, fees, tolls, fuel, and any optional services unless stated otherwise.
A refundable security deposit is required before the vehicle is released. The deposit may be used to cover damage, excess mileage, fuel, tolls, tickets, cleaning, late returns, or other charges under the rental agreement, and the remaining balance is returned after the vehicle is inspected.
Cancellation and change terms are provided at the time of booking. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may forfeit some or all prepaid amounts. We reserve the right to cancel or substitute a vehicle due to mechanical issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will refund amounts paid for services not provided.
Vehicles must be operated safely and lawfully by approved drivers only. Prohibited uses include racing, off-roading, towing, driving under the influence, smoking or vaping in the vehicle, transporting illegal items, subleasing, and taking the vehicle outside the agreed area without permission. Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking. Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and additional charges.
Each rental includes a mileage allowance stated in your rental agreement; excess mileage is charged at the stated rate. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered. Tolls, parking, tickets, and citations incurred during the rental are the renter’s responsibility, plus any administrative fees.
The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault, including deductibles, diminished value, towing, and loss of use, to the extent not covered by the renter’s insurance. Any damage must be reported to us immediately.
Delivery and pickup are available within our service area for an agreed fee. Late returns may incur additional charges. The vehicle should be returned in the condition it was received; excessive cleaning or detailing may be charged.
Hourly and event packages are subject to the same requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use of the vehicle must be approved in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRM Luxe Exotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or a rental. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the rental at issue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
